How to Apply Foundation (tips)

When starting the makeup process, one of the biggest parts of application that can really tye an entire look together is applying foundation. If you are brand new at makeup and are curious on what do with that foundation keep reading. I am on your side with some tips and trick to help you out!

10 steps in the application process

Okay, hopefully you read our blog on finding your tone for foundation if you haven't head right on over it will help you out in the long run! Don't worry I will be here when you come back. Alright now, follow these steps in the makeup process and you will look absolutely stunning girl!!

1. Do all of your priming beforehand: Your eye base primer, your face primer, I personally like spray primer the best for my face

2. Once all is set start applying your eye shadow, go on now, don't be afraid colors

3. Do your eyebrows, Lay them down with a brow gel or brow soap

4. Use your concealer to conceal any dark spots or uneven spots before the foundation and let that set.

5. Now what you're looking for: When it comes to applying foundation I love a good sponge, using a wet sponge for your application will leave you with a no streak flawless application

6. Wet your sponge, you want it to be damp (NOT SOAKED) apply a few drops to either your face directly or on the back of your hand

7. When applying you want to tap all around your face in fast motions, get in every crease and under you eye. Make sure there are no streaks or uneven spots with the foundation.

8. Finish off with your baking powder, contour, blush, highlight, and bronzer

9. Take a look at yourself in the mirror and say, " Wow I am beautiful" (BECAUSE YOU ARE!)

10. Take on the day like the boss girl you are!
